Sindh Bar Council has announced to observe strike against the killing of two lawyers in Karachi. SCB President said that lawyers will boycott the judicial proceedings on March 26. Malir Bar spokesman said that there will be boycott for an indefinite period in Malir Bar. Lawyer’s fraternity has condemned the killing of former Malir Bar’s president Salahuddin Jafri and his son Ali Raza, also a lawyer.

Shia Ulema Council has also given strike call against the targeted killing of Shiite lawyers.

The murder of two Shia lawyers in Karachi is the latest in the series of incidents of Shia Muslim genocide by Jihadi-sectarian groups supported by Pakistan Army (ISI). ISI-stooges in Pakistani media remain silent or are busy in misrepresenting the Shia genocide as routine sectarian violence.

شیعہ کلنگ کے نمایندے سے ملنے والی اطلاعات کے مطابق ملیر غازی ٹاون کے علاقہ میں کالعدم، انتہا پسند درندہ صفت سپاہ صحابہ کے دہشتگردوں کی فائرنگ سے دو وکلاء باپ صلاحدین جعفری اور بیٹا علی جعفری شھید۔باپ کی عمر 70 سال جبکہ بیٹے کی عمر 35 سال بتائی جارہی ہے۔

مزید اطلاعات کے مطابق شھید صلاحدین اور انکا بیٹا اپنے گھر سے پہلی اور آخری بار کورٹ جانے کے لئے نکلے تھے کہ یزیدیوں نے ایک اور گھر کو ھمیشہ کے لئے ویران کر دیا۔باپ صلاحدین جعفری اور بیٹا علی جعفری کو فوری طور پر جناح اسپتال منتقل کر دیا گیا۔

یاد رھے کہ کراچی میں شیعہ وکلاء کی ٹارگٹ کلنگ کوئی نئ بات نہیں ہیں۔حالیہ دنوں تین وکلاء کی شہادت کے بعد آج یہ ہونے والا بڑا واقعہ شمار کیا جارہا ہیں۔جبکہ تین شیعہ وکلاء بھی ملیر کے ہی رہائشی تھے۔

یاد رھے کہ شھید ایڈوکیٹ صلادین جعفری پانچ بار ملیر بار کے صدر رھے چکے ہیں اور ان کے بیٹے نے حال ہی میں اپنے کیرئیر کا آغاز کیا تھا۔

Former president of Malir Bar and his son were shot to death in a firing incident this morning.
Malir Bar’s former president Salahud Din Babar and his son were killed this morning in a violent firing incident in the metropolis. The bodies have been shifted to Jinnah Hospital.
Meantime, two police personnel were injured in a firing incident in Landhi.
Sindh High Court (SHC) took notice of the incident
Malir Bar’s former president Salahud Din and his son were gunned down this morning in Malir area of Maim Goth.
According to details, ex-president of Malir Bar Association Salahud Din, in accompaniment of his son Ali Raza, left house this morning for his office on board a rickshaw, when they were chased by two masked motorcyclists, who open fire at them in Ghazi Town area.
The two injured were rushed to Jinnah Hospital in critical state; however, they could not succumb to their injuries at the hospital.
Receiving the report, lawyers approached the hospital in large number. Also, lawyers boycotted the judicial proceedings at Karachi and Malir bars.
Meantime, Chief Justice of Sindh High Court (SHC), Justice Musheer Alam, taking notice of the incident, appointed District and Session Judge to oversee the investigation process.
Also, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah and Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Wassan voiced grief over the mishap and condemned the killings. These top executives sought Inspector General of Sind Police (IGP) Mushtaq Ahmed Shah to present a report on the gory incident.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) – A Frontier Corps Shia personal, his wife and son on Friday martyred when a bomb fixed in a radio set exploded at the Wana Scouts Camp in sub-division Wana of South Waziristan Agency.

The explosion took place at the house of a security official, killing Ghulam Asghar, his son and wife. “The possible cause of the explosion was the radio set in which the bomb was kept,” a local security official told The Express Tribune.

Increasing improvised explosive device (IED) attacks are a troubling sign for security officials in the tribal and settled areas.

Martyr Ghulam Asghar was recently posted at Waziristan Wanna. He was the close friend of Martyr Razaaq who martyred few days ago.

KARACHI: Salahuddin Haider, former president of the Malir Bar association, and his son were killed by four unidentified gunmen who opened fire on them in the Memon Goth area on Saturday, Express News reported.
Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah called for an immediate arrest of the perpetrators, while chief justice of Sindh High Court also took notice of the incident.
Haider and his son were driving to work when four gunmen on two motorcycles opened fire on their vehicle, injuring both of them. The victims died on the way to the hospital.
The motive of this attack is still unknown, although there has been speculation that it was an act of terrorism.

Salahuddin Haider Jafri was former President of Malir Bar Association. He and his son Ali Raza were in their car when they were targeted by ASWJ-SSP terrorists near Bakra Pirhi Malir. They were residents of Ghazi Town Malir.

Reports had it that three bullets hit father and another three bullets hit his son. Bodies were shifted to Markazi Imam Bargah Jafar-e-Tayyar after autopsies at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre.

KARACHI: Malir Bar’s former president Advocate Salahuddin Haider and his son were killed in an ambush in Ghazi Town area of Malir here today (Saturday), Geo News reported.

According to police sources, Salahuddin 70, left home for work along with his son Ali Haider at 9 am when unknown motorcyclists opened fire at his vehicle. They were immediately rushed to Jinnah Hospital, Karachi where they succumbed to their injuries, rescue sources told.

Chief Justice of Sindh High Court took notice of the ‘target killing’ and ordered Session Judge Malir to investigate into the incident while Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Wasan also instructed IG Sindh to present report of the killing.

موجودہ شیعہ وکلا کی شہادت حکومتی غفلت کے سبب ہوئی۔ تحقیقاتی اداروں نے 10 دن پہلے آگاہ کیا تھا۔ ذرائع کا دعوی

اہم زرائع سے ملنے والی معلومات کے مطابق پاکستان کے حساس ترین اداروں نے صوبائی اور وفاقی حکومتوں کو آگاہ کیا تھا کہ کراچی میں عنقریب بڑے پیمانے پر ملت تشیع سے تعلق رکھنے والے افراد کو ٹارگٹ کیا جاسکتا ہے۔ جس میں ملت تشیع سے تعلق رکھنے والے وکلا حضرات، ڈاکٹرز اور ملت میں موجود سرگرم افراد شامل ہوسکتے ہے۔

زرائع نے دعوی کیا ہے کہ حکومتی اداروں کو کالعدم ملک دشمن جماعت سپاہ صحابہ/ لشکر جھنگوی کے ٹھکانوں کے بارے میں بھی آگاہ کیا گیا تھا۔ بتاگیا تھا کہ کالعدم سپاہ صحابہ اور لشکر جھنگوی کے دہشتگرد کراچی کے مختلف علاقوں مین سرگرم ہورہی ہے جن میں ڈرگ روڈ، ناگن چورنگی، فیڈرل بی ایریا، سرجانی ٹاون، کورنگی صنعتی ایریا، اور ابراہیم حیدری، شامل ہے۔ البتہ سکیورٹی اداروں کو شک تھا کہ کھوکھراپار کے چند علاقے فرقہ وارانہ دہشتگردوں کا مرکز ہے۔

افسوس!! تمام تر معلومات کے بعد بھی حکومتی اداروں کی طرف سے کوئی سکیورٹی دیکھنے میں نا آئی۔ تمام ترانٹیلیجنس ناکام نظر آئی۔ دہشتگردوں نے با آسانی وکلا کو نشانہ بنایا اور واپس اپنے مرکز کی جانب بھاگ گئے مگر حکومتی ادارے اور نام نہاد سکیورٹی ادارے4 پر رپورٹ ہی دیتے نظر آئے۔اب یوں محسوس ہوتا ہے کہ یہ سیکیورٹی ادارے خود ہی اس ٹارگٹ کلنگ میں ملوث ہیں۔

یاد رھے کہ گذشتہ کچھ دنوں میں کراچی میں علم قانون سے تعلق رکھنے والے شیعہ افراد پہ در پہ بہت بڑی تعداد لقمہ اجل بنے۔ جس میں شھید ایڈوکیٹ مختار بخاری، شھید کوثر زیدی،ملت کے قانونی مشیر شھید عسکری رضا، ایک ہی خاندان کے تین شیعہ وکلاء کی شہادت کے بعد ایک ہی گھر کے دو وکلاء کی شہادت حکومت کے لئے ایک لمحہ فکریہ ہیں۔
