Shia scholar holds army-backed Difa-e-Pakistan Council responsible for Shia genocide in Pakistan

by admin

Here is a must watch speech by renowned Shia scholar Allama Hasan Zafar Naqvi in protest on M.A Jinnah Road against target killing of Shia Muslims in Quetta (29 March 2012) and other parts of Pakistan. In this speech, Allaman Naqvi particularly highlighted the role of Pakistan army’s agencies in creation of anti-Shia religio-political alliance Difa-e-Pakistan Council (DPC), which is responsible for the current wave of Shia genocide in Pakistan.

Allama Naqvi shamed the Jihadi-sectarian beasts who, after being beaten by the US and NATO in Afghanistan, fled to Pakistan and started killing innocent Shias, Sunni Barelvis and other persecuted communities.

Allama Naqvi held the secret hands (Pakistan army, ISI and MI in particular) responsible for the vehemently anti-Shia Difa-e-Pakistan Council.

He condemned Chief Justice of Pakistan and other members of Pakistani judiciary on their criminal silence on Shia genocide in Pakistan.

Allama Naqvi also condemned the silence of human rights groups and media on the ongoing silence, misrepresentation and apathy on Shia genocide in Pakistan by Pakistan army backed ASWJ-SSP terrorists.

He also condemned federal government and provincial governments and political parties on their silence and failure to stop Shia genocide in Pakistan.

Qazi Abdul Wahid, DIG (Operation) Police Quetta, is allegedly helping ISI-backed ASWJ-SSP terrorists in killing Shia Muslims in Balochistan. Balochistan Governor Nawab Zulafiqar Ali Magsi and Chief Minister Aslam Khan Raisani are either complicit or silent on the systematic attacks on Shias in Balochistan. Shia Muslims of Hazara community are seeking advice from Sardar Saadat Ali Hazara for further peaceful demonstrations against State-sponsored Shia genocide in Balochistan.

A spokesman for the Taliban’s Jundullah faction claimed responsibility for the Quetta shooting on 29 March.

I would like to report a missing person. His name is Allama Sajid Naqvi. Once upon a time he was the so-called leader of Milat-e-Jafaria Pakistan. I don’t know whether he is still leader or not but if he is alive, he must be leader of Milat-e-Jafaria, just like saudi kings, dictators, despots etc, who remain in power until their death, wether poeple like it or not.
If any one of you know his whereabouts, kindly don’t tell me. Just tell him that under his great leadership the family planning of Pakistani shias increasing day by day. And if he continues as leader, Inshah allah the day is not far when he will be the only shia remain in Pakistan.

Sabah Hasan Maulana Hasan Zafar is the Chief Spokesman of MWM, so he speaks for the whole of the MWM.

This particular speech of last night was with reference to Shia killings, and the Maulana has restricted himself to that topic here. However, in his other speeches he has spoken in detail against US interference, including against NATO supplies and dubious role of CIA and Blackwater in Pakistan. Like many other Pakistanis, he has also praised the bravery of the Islamic Republic of Iran in facing US hegemony, and the leadership role of Sayyed Ali Khamenei and Dr. Ahmedinijad. He also speaks of Sayyed Hassan NasrAllah as his hero. In all this, as well as in his speech last night, what he says/said is the position of MWM.

    20 hours ago · Like

Maula Bux Thadani ‎Irfan Qadri, this speech by Hasan Zafar is quite good and he makes some bold observations. That being said, Shias are making a big mistake by participating in the xenophobic movement of Imran Khan and his dishonest discourse that the Taliban are an outcome of 9/11! Hasan Zafar should never have gone to this Imran Khan dharna. It seems that he has learnt from his mistakes as proved by his clear condemnation of the Anti-Ahmadi, Anti-Shia DPC. The government must be held accountable, as well as the judiciary and security establishment – these last two entities have actually enabled mass murdering Jihadis. That is why I am not in favour of using the discourse of the Imran Khan-Hamid Gul-Ludhianvi-Ijaz ul Haq-Lal Masjid types which takes about Zionist-Blackwater conspiracies but stays silent on the role of judiciary and media. Any Shia-Ahmadi-Christain-Barelvi-Moderate Deobandi-Baloch-Sindhi-Pashtun-Seriaki-Baltit etc who buys into this discourse that it is Blackwater and NOT Sipah-e-Sahaba that is responsible is working against their own well being.

Sabah Hasan Interestingly, what started out as appreciation of Maulana Syed Hasan Zafar Naqvi and deprecation of MWM, changed rather quickly to undignified attacks on the Maulana once it was made evident that he shared the anti-Americanism of MWM 🙂

Irfan Qadri Our appreciation and criticism of individuals and parties is based on their specific actions. We appreciate Allama Hasan Zafar Naqvi’s speech yesterday and disagree with his participation in the PTI’s rally. It was no service to Allama Naqvi to post his PTI rally speech in this thread. Hopefully he will never attend the PTI rally again. This also shows that Shia leaders too are not free of mistakes, their discourse and positions must not be uncritically accepted and defended.

Jaafer Tayyar Naqvi ‎Irfan Qadri I dont support IK at all also, and I did not even like why HZN went to IK’s rally. He is not like any other allama, he has a very good political acumen also with a very very strong hold on Islamic and IndoPAk history. So, just outrightly labeling that he did a mistake by attending IK’s rally, is perhaps very early to say. But still I respect your opinion(with which i mostly agree also).

Irfan Qadri ‎Jaafer Tayyar Naqvi Thanks for your comment. I too respect Allama Naqvi and stand by my opinion on his participation in the PTI rally and other Shia scholars’ statements on NATO supplies etc.
